Superb Msg... Do read!!!
When somebody told me that he has failed in his exams, my question is, "Is it a law that you will pass everytime?"
When someone told me that my boyfriend broke up with me, my question is, "Is it a rule that you will have successful relationships everywhere?"
When somebody asked me why am I in depression, my question is, "Is it compulsory to have confidence all the time?"
When someone cried to me about his huge business loss due to his wrong decision, my question is, "Is it possible that you take all right decisions?"
The fact is our expectation that life has to be perfect/permanent is the biggest reason of our unhappiness.
One has to understand the law of impermanence of nature.
After each sunny day, there has to be a dark night, after each birth there have to be certain deaths, for the full moon to come again it has to pass through no moon. In this imperfection of nature, there is perfection.
So stop taking your failures and bad part of your life soooo personally or intensely, even God does not like to give you pain but its the cycle through which you have to pass. Prepare yourself for one more fight after each fall because even failures cannot be permanent...!
Enjoy life....
Your breath comes to go.
Your thoughts come to go.
Your words come to go.
Your actions come to go.
Your feelings come to go.
Your illnesses come to go.
Your phases come to go.
Your seasons come to go.
You have come to go.

गुलज़ार साहब की कविता :-

जब मैं छोटा था,
शायद दुनिया
बहुत बड़ी हुआ करती थी..

मुझे याद है
मेरे घर से "स्कूल" तक का
वो रास्ता,

क्या क्या
नहीं था वहां,
चाट के ठेले,
जलेबी की दुकान,
बर्फ के गोले
सब कुछ,

अब वहां
"मोबाइल शॉप",
"विडियो पार्लर" हैं,

फिर भी
सब सूना है..

शायद
अब दुनिया
सिमट रही है...
.
.
.

जब
मैं छोटा था,
शायद
शामें बहुत लम्बी
हुआ करती थीं...

मैं हाथ में
पतंग की डोर पकड़े,
घंटों उड़ा करता था,

वो लम्बी
"साइकिल रेस",
वो बचपन के खेल,

वो
हर शाम
थक के चूर हो जाना,

अब
शाम नहीं होती,

दिन ढलता है
और
सीधे रात हो जाती है.

शायद
वक्त सिमट रहा है..

जब
मैं छोटा था,
शायद दोस्ती
बहुत गहरी
हुआ करती थी,

दिन भर
वो हुजूम बनाकर
खेलना,

वो
दोस्तों के
घर का खाना,

वो
लड़कियों की
बातें,

वो
साथ रोना...

अब भी
मेरे कई दोस्त हैं,
पर दोस्ती
जाने कहाँ है,

जब भी
"traffic signal"
पर मिलते हैं
"Hi" हो जाती है,

और
अपने अपने
रास्ते चल देते हैं,

होली,
दीवाली,
जन्मदिन,
नए साल पर
बस SMS आ जाते हैं,

शायद
अब रिश्ते
बदल रहें हैं..

जब
मैं छोटा था,
तब खेल भी
अजीब हुआ करते थे,

छुपन छुपाई,
लंगडी टांग,
पोषम पा,
टिप्पी टीपी टाप.
अब
internet, office,
से फुर्सत ही नहीं मिलती..

शायद
ज़िन्दगी
बदल रही है.
.
.
जिंदगी का
सबसे बड़ा सच
यही है..
जो अकसर क़ब्रिस्तान के बाहर
बोर्ड पर
लिखा होता है...

"मंजिल तो
यही थी,
बस
जिंदगी गुज़र गयी मेरी
यहाँ आते आते"

ज़िंदगी का लम्हा
बहुत छोटा सा है...

कल की
कोई बुनियाद नहीं है
और आने वाला कल
सिर्फ सपने में ही है..

अब
बच गए
इस पल में..

तमन्नाओं से भर
इस जिंदगी में
हम सिर्फ भाग रहे हैं.

Art of Living

I started Art of living class. I was very much excited as my friend told me once you should join this and it will change perspective your life. Mystically he was true in his word. I am experiencing strong sense of  mental calmness.

There teaching are very normal but very effective.
In the class they are giving me guidance as I was seeking .
there I learnt Gyan-Dhyan.

in the class it was the first time i came to know about true Happiness. 

What it is Happiness?

How to achieve it ?

and 

How to be happy in every situation..

one more thing "jaisa rahe Mann waisa rahe tann"

Tension free feel kar raha hi First class k baad se..

My happiness lies within me it never dependent on others..ever... :D

Live in the present - now every time when I heard these things and teaching before this I get confounded in my thoughts ..kya bakwas hai ki ....hum present me hi rehne ki koshish to karte hai...aur rehte hai bhi but dimag me 1000 khayal kahi na kahi se aa jate hai...

then Guru ji (Sunil sir) taught a simple yet effective way to wipe out all the thoughts and compel to amalgamate our thought to the present.

he asked us ..
हमें  गुस्सा , tension,चिढ-चिढ़ापन ,चिंता , और डर  कब लगता है। ! we replied so many ans...

then he said.
PAST BRINGS- anger,anxiety, frustration disappointment..

FUTURE BRINGS- Tension, stress and fear...

he then said if you want these then do think about these every time...u will get what you want...

If you don't want to struck think about these if you dont want then then neglect it and You will automatically will start in living PRESENT..!

Pathetic Response over Swine Flu Help-line no.

Bhaiya agar failta hai to failne do...

Today I called to national Swine Flu help line no. 1075 and this no is out of response.
Then I ranged  to local state helpline no. of State Hospital and there is person who received the call.
I spoke to that person and said that there is swine abandoned behind the block and it was odd  to see that the swine is abandoned to nearby where kids are playing . I spoke to the gov representative that please check the place for widespread of the H1N1 virus, might it would be possible that some bastards willingly threw the infected swine to nearby residential area.

But the representative said its matter of Nagar Nigam.. I said its ok but do come and check if there is any evidences of viruses.?
he said its not being prevalent by swine..I said but come and check and have a look !
He said it is the responsibility of Nagar Nigam ..I replied its ok ....but what if the virus has been spread out then.. who will be responsible.

He said ha to" bhaiya agar failta hai to failne do...kuch nhi hoga ...."

That was shocking statement went through my ear and it blew of my head...
(I know might it be my obstinate behavior  over the  Precaution concern.)

Immediately I put Stressed my tone ...and pitched high....I said mind your language sir...Sir i never thought this response from your side,... i asked for higher authority to call . he gave me the no with loath-fully.

I spoke to the higher officer and told him sir this kind of response  I am getting, now what to expect from you guys.?

He too was not agree in checking of the ward for the virus of any kind of prevention medical sprays.
He says that if the virus is being sprayed out then people should provide there blood sample to be checked by the medical authority and he will send his sample we will take care.. but if its spreading out then its not our concern.....(I too was bull-headed over the topic ...what if the virus is being far-flung ......then.?........nothing get infected and get checked and then....nothing )

I spoke to the Central Medical Health Officer (CMHO) I solicit to him for kind attention but he respond that its matter of concern of Nagar Nigam. He provided me the no of Collector's office and said contact to him he will swipe out the swine out of the vicinity.
But no health inspection will be done by the Medical Official.


At last I don't want them to put extra effort but to Serve people full of heart...
and again it was adamant behavior of mine ..and it was legitimate because uptill now there has been 900+ death in the country.
